Why we built it
The dealer knows the car. Now you do too.
Owners tell the government when their car lets them down. Recalls are on file. So are crash tests and fuel economy. It is all public, but it is spread across government sites and hard to read, so most buyers never see it.
WhipWorthy gathers it for one model year, sets that year beside the other years of the same model, and gives you a plain answer: Worthy, Maybe or Pass. The rules behind every verdict are written out in full.
It is a head start, not the last word. Have any used car you are serious about checked by a mechanic you trust before you buy.
What we stand for
On your side of the lot
Federal data, shown as it is
Complaints, recalls and crash ratings from NHTSA, and fuel economy from the EPA, with the source named on every page.
No dealer money
No dealer pays for a better verdict, and we never sell your name to one.
We sell no loans
The loan lessons and tools show the math, from a site that sells no loans.
The verdicts stay free
Worthy, Maybe or Pass for any model year, with no account and no card.
How we pay for it
The deeper checks come with a plan: a Car Hunt Pass at $15 once for 30 days, a launch price, or Pro at $49 a year, a launch price. That is what keeps the lights on, and it is why the verdicts can stay free.
