From your first payment, and again from each renewal. A full refund, and Pro ends that day.

How a refund goes

From the address you sign in with, and say which plan.
We refund it in full
Within 7 days of a pass or 14 days of a Pro payment, through Stripe. No questions asked.
Back where you paid
On your card or account, usually in 5 to 10 business days.

Car Hunt Pass7 days, in full
Changed your mind? Write to help@whipworthy.com within 7 days of buying a pass and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. The pass ends when the refund is made.
Pro14 days from each payment
Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro runs to the end of the year you paid for. If you would rather have the money back, write to help@whipworthy.com within 14 days of your first Pro payment, or within 14 days of a renewal payment. We will refund that payment in full and end Pro that day.
If what you paid for a pass came off your first Pro year, the pass is folded into Pro. A refund of that first Pro payment is then the refund for both: we refund what you paid for Pro, the pass keeps the days it had left, and the pass is not refunded on its own.
After those 7 or 14 days, a refund is up to us, and we look at each request ourselves. If we charged you by mistake, or the site did not work for you, write and tell us what happened.
A refund goes back to the way you paid, through Stripe. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show.

The Car Hunt Pass and Pro
The Car Hunt Pass is paid once and opens every deeper check for 30 days. It does not renew. Pro is paid each year and renews until you cancel, which you can do any time from your account. The plans and prices are on the plans page, and the rest of the rules are in the terms of use.
