Good to know
- The records are public, from NHTSA and the EPA, and each car page links to them. The pass pays for the work: every complaint sorted by part, set against your miles and your loan, with the owners' own words pulled out for you.
- You pay on Stripe. We never see your card number.
- The pass ends after 30 days. It does not renew, and nothing more is charged.
- Pro renews each year. Cancel any time from your account page, and it runs to the end of the year you paid for.
- You sign in with a link we email you. No password.
- Need more time? Buy another pass while one runs, and its 30 days start when the first one ends.
- Going Pro starts it at once. If your pass is still running, what you paid for it comes off your first Pro year, and the key on the Pro card shows your price before you pay.
- Changed your mind? Write within 7 days of buying a pass, or 14 days of a Pro payment, for a full refund. The refund terms
